Janet will perform on The X Factor, which will air in the UK on Sunday December 6th 2009!
As this years The X Factor reaches its penultimate show, Janet Jackson and Lady Gaga have confirmed that they are to perform live on Sunday 6th December. The X Factor will be showcasing Janet’s only UK TV performance of 2009, drawn from her recently released greatest hits compilation "The Best".
Janet Jackson has been topping charts since signing her first record deal in 1982. She has sold more than 100 million records worldwide and is the only artist in US chart history to boast seven top 5 hits from a single album. She has accumulated five Grammys so far, as well as multiple MTV Awards, Billboard Music Awards, and Soul Train Music Awards.

Janet will perform at Capital FM's Jingle Bell Ball 09 on December 6th in the UK.
Capitol One put the show up for sale and had a fantastic reaction following this morning's announcement. The event sold out within minutes.
